These terms are an agreement between you and UFFF Retail Private Limited for the use of Bakhi. By using Bakhi, you agree to them.
1. The service
Bakhi helps businesses record credit given to customers, track promised payment dates, send reminders and view promise scores, through WhatsApp and a web app. Bakhi is currently offered as early access and may change as we improve it.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and use Bakhi for a genuine business in India. You are responsible for your WhatsApp number, your password, and the actions of staff you add. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
3. Your data and your customers
You own your credit book. You confirm that you are entitled to record your customers' details and to contact them about money genuinely owed to you. Promise scores are a private record of your own customers' payment history; they are not a credit rating and must not be shared, sold or used to deny essential services.
4. Fair use
Do not use Bakhi to harass, threaten or shame anyone, to send spam or messages unrelated to a real due, to record unlawful debts, or in breach of WhatsApp's policies or any law. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. AI suggestions
Bakhi uses AI to read messages and answer questions. AI can make mistakes, which is why Bakhi asks you to confirm entries before saving them. You are responsible for checking what you confirm. Bakhi is not financial, legal or tax advice.
6. Payments
Customers pay you directly through UPI. Bakhi does not hold, transfer or guarantee any money, and is not responsible for payments between you and your customers.
7. Availability
We work to keep Bakhi available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" during early access. Keep your own copy of important records; you can export to Excel at any time.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, UFFF Retail Private Limited is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or amounts customers fail to pay. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
9. Ending use
You may stop using Bakhi at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
