Here's a real day with Bakhi, step by step.

Step 1 · Morning

Sign up with your WhatsApp number.

Enter your mobile number and shop name, then send a short code from your WhatsApp to prove the number is yours. That's the whole setup. Add your UPI ID so customers can pay you directly.

Step 2 · At the counter

Give credit, note it in five seconds.

A customer takes goods on credit and says they'll pay Friday. Type it. Bakhi asks once to confirm, then it's in the book.

Step 3 · Due date

Bakhi reminds you. You remind them.

On the due date your morning summary lists who to collect from. Tap a name to send a polite reminder with a UPI link, or remind everyone overdue in one go.

Step 4 · Customer replies

New promise? Bakhi notices.

If the customer asks for more time, forward their message. Bakhi spots that it's a second date for the same due, shows the effect on their score, and waits for your decision.
