Things shopkeepers ask us
Do I need to install an app?
No. Bakhi works inside WhatsApp, which you already use. There is also a simple web app for when you want to see everything on one screen; you can add it to your phone's home screen.
Does my customer need anything?
No. Your customer just gets a normal WhatsApp message with the amount and a link to pay by UPI.
Which languages does it understand?
Messages in English, Hinglish and Tanglish work today, including mixed and misspelt text. Questions get answered in the language you ask in.
Can other shops see my customers' scores?
Never. Your book and your customers' promise scores are private to your shop.
